A fortnightly men’s group in London

Vira Group

“A man’s character is forged through his successful actions.”

The Vira Group is open to students of our Tantra course — including Try Tara Pass holders. New courses open in Autumn 2026.

What is the Vira Group?

In Sanskrit, Vira means ‘man’ or ‘hero’. The purpose of the Vira Group is to work towards truly awakening your masculine soul — learning to remain centred, relaxed and loving in the face of ever greater intensity and challenges in life.

  • Rise to meet your fears and challenges in a conscious and courageous, yet loving way.
  • Learn to remain centred, relaxed and loving in the face of ever greater intensity in life.
  • Explore the Tantric teachings in depth, from a specifically masculine perspective.

What we explore

  • A man’s place and role in the modern world
  • Willpower and how to amplify it
  • Consciousness and awareness for men
  • Amorous erotic continence
  • Understanding polarity within the being
  • Polarising, controlling and directing energy
  • Couple relationship dynamics
  • Balancing the material and spiritual aspects of life
  • Understanding your higher purpose
  • Tantric techniques for men

Joint meetings

Every 6–8 weeks the Vira group meets with the counterpart Shakti (women’s) group for a joint meeting. These are an opportunity to put all the attitudes and skills developed in the respective groups into practice. They are not sexual in any way — they have an intimate, playful and romantic atmosphere.

Why join

  • Gain insights from ancient Tantric texts, applied to a man’s life today.
  • Meet like-minded men and develop strong friendships and brotherhood.
  • Inspire and support one another’s transformation.
  • Put what you learn into practice at the joint meetings with the Shakti group.
  • A safe space to share your experiences and grow together.
