What is the Shakti Group?
The Shakti Group is a journey to remember the inherent perfection of your femininity, and to recognise your essential nature as pure bliss. Through the Tantric teachings — and the support of a circle of women — you are invited to step beyond your fears and limitations and live your femininity to its full potential.

Joint meetings
Every 6–8 weeks the Shakti group meets with the counterpart Vira (men’s) group for a joint meeting — a chance to put into practice the attitudes and skills developed in the respective groups, in an intimate, playful and romantic atmosphere. These meetings are not sexual in any way.
Above all, the Shakti group is a space of healing through sharing, support and sisterhood among women.

The easiest way to begin is the Try Tara Pass — four weeks’ unlimited access to all our courses and groups for £40. Afterwards, the Shakti group is £20 per month.
Single Class

- • £40 — unlimited access for four consecutive weeks
- • Includes the Tantra, Yoga & Kashmir Shaivism courses

Monthly membership
- • £20/month — Shakti classes for Tantra students
- • Access to the joint meetings (after attending one session)
- • Rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time
