Rooted in ancient Tantric wisdom and the erotic sciences that gave rise to the Kāma Shāstras, this course offers a thoughtful introduction to Kāma as a fundamental spiritual principle — the conscious force of desire, vitality, and relational intelligence. It explores how a fulfilled, passionate, and deeply connected life emerges when this essential life energy is understood, refined, and integrated with awareness.
Designed for curious and open-minded individuals—whether single or in relationship—this first module invites participants to discover their erotic persona and to move beyond habitual patterns of numbness, routine, or superficial intimacy. Here, intimacy is approached as a living path of self-knowledge: one that fosters depth, presence, romance, and inner plenitude.
What you will discover:
You can still attend a session if you missed the previous ones.
Drawing upon time-honoured Eastern systems of self-mastery, including Tantra, yoga, and sacred erotic traditions such as Kāma Sūtra, the course weaves together spiritual study, guided meditative exercises, group sharing, and yogic techniques, with simple practices offered as home study to embody and integrate the principles explored.
No prior experience is required. In the Tantric tradition, transformation begins precisely where one is. Whether engaged individually or shared with a partner, the teachings encourage attentive listening to one’s inner experience, trust in felt intelligence, and a gradual alignment with the wisdom of the heart.

Meet the teacher
Edrisa Mayova
Edrisa began her spiritual journey in 2016, following an intuition that there is much more to life, and by curiously applying the Tantric and yogic teachings she quickly and profoundly transformed her life. After a year of intense daily practice, Edrisa began to feel a strong desire to help others discover their own spiritual revelations. She has organised spiritual theatre groups, and women’s circles that focused on awakening femininity and the art of initiatic dance. Edrisa is fascinated by the potential each one of us holds within, and she is keen to help others find the spiritual meaning in their life. She enjoys both stepping into the intensity of life and savouring it in all its nuances, as well as retreating into silence in nature, where she can contemplate the essence of creation in its utmost simplicity.
